Where do you ship?
Across the EU from Sweden. Every order ships in insulated temperature-safe packaging with tracking. Live Arrival Guarantee covers every plant — if anything arrives compromised, send a photo within 24 hours and we replace or refund.
Are the photos the actual plant I'll receive?
Unless the listing specifically says otherwise, yes. Every listing states clearly whether the photo is the exact specimen or a reference of the genetics. We don't hide behind stock shots.
Is variegation guaranteed?
Presence is guaranteed. Expression isn't. No two plants grow out identical — that's the nature of the cultivar, and part of why collectors want them. Every listing shows what a mature specimen from the same line can look like.
I'm new to rare plants. Should I buy here?
Our core inventory is built for collectors who already know what they're doing. For entry points, check out corms and acclimated plants — those are more forgiving. TC in-bag is not for beginners.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Most items yes. TC pre-orders ship separately because the sealed bags need their own packaging window. Order notes help — message us if you need anything specific.
What if something arrives damaged?
